Catskills Wedding Weekend

If it were up to me, I’d make every wedding celebration a multi-day event and invite myself and all my cameras along.

Tess & Will traveled all the way from Boston, hosting friends and family from New England, New York, and beyond. Prioritizing quality time and guest experience, Tess & Will worked with the team over at Deer Mountain Inn to plan an unforgettable weekend in the Catskills.

One of my favorite things about documenting multi-day events, is the ability to build rapport not only with my couple’s family members, but their guests as well. I have more time to introduce myself and take more candid photographs beyond what’s expected on a wedding day. It also gives me a chance to take one more set of portraits with my couple ahead of their wedding day — so we can get out all of our jitters together and look forward to the wedding day.
